Selected stones from Tampere Mineral Museum, a public favourite, can be admired in a exhibition opening in Vapriikki's Gallery space on the 20th of February.
The Mineral Museum’s collection is the largest, most impressive and colourful private collection of stones in Finland, including cut and rough gemstones, building and decorative stones, and synthetic stones. There are also samples of useful minerals, ores and metals, as well as meteorites, fossils and dinosaur eggs.
