Photographer Johanna Kare's exhibition "MUISTAKAA - heille kallis ol' maa" will be on display in Museo Militaria in Hämeenlinna starting from January 25, 2025.
The exhibition is part of Johanna Kare's KATSO IHMINEN® -concept, which highlights important individuals and phenomena that have been marginalized in our society. Kare's exhibition consists of images and stories of 100-year-old war veterans. The aim of the exhibition is to foster understanding and gratitude for the price the veterans paid for our country's independence, as well as to remind us of the critical moments in our history.
The exhibition will be on display permanently in our museum's Artillery Hall.
