Expect magic, science and technology brought to life by the powers of dark technology.

The café stand will serve witches’ brews alongside small savoury and sweet treats.

Programme

11 am–6 pm | The Haunted Grove
A mysterious labyrinth open throughout the day.

12–2 pm | Monster Dough Workshop
Mix your own modelling dough and decorate a jar for your monster!

12.30–1 pm and 3.30–4 pm | Improv Experience
A wild and wonderfully fun improvisation experience for children and families. A witch and a scientist bring science and technology to life through improvisation. Everyone is welcome to join in or simply sit back and watch!

1 pm, 2 pm and 3 pm | Dry Ice Soap Bubbles
Discover the chemistry of dry ice and carbon dioxide with LUMAlab Gadolin.

1.30–2.30 pm | Guided Tour: The Dark Side of Technology
How can inventions and inventors be dangerous or mysterious?

3–4 pm | Ghost Robots
Dare you come face to face with haunted robots? Presented by Robot Uprising ry.

4–6 pm | Torchlight Tour: Little Ghosts and Machines
The museum goes dark! Search for secret letters by torchlight.

Getting here

We recommend travelling by public transport or parking a little further away, as parking spaces at the museum are limited. The nearest recommended parking area is the car park on Jokisuuntie, approximately 250 metres from the museum’s main entrance.
