Still life is a category in photography that only contains objects. In a still life, the photographer has carefully arranged different objects together to create a feeling.

Photographer Chris Alfthan shows you how to go about planning, compositing, and photographing still lifes. We'll go over how to use light to create sensation and which camera settings are best suited. At this workshop, you will make your own still life and practice seeing how the shape of the objects and the direction of the light affect the image.

The course does not require any advanced camera equipment or prior knowledge - a simple system camera or smartphone/tablet is sufficient. If you will be using a mobile/tablet, we highly recommend downloading a camera app such as Lightroom Mobile or Halide.

Price: 25€. The participation fee is paid at Chappe's ticket sale before the start of the workshop.
