Immerse yourself in the life of a local merchant family a hundred years ago, all the way from the lavish banquet hall to the staff kitchen.
Palander House presents the lifestyle of a bourgeois Hämeenlinna family 100 years ago. The museum displays a variety of room ensembles, ranging from the elegant drawing room to the servants’ kitchen. Palander House is a period house from the 1900th century.
The matron, daughter or the help of the house introduce the visitors to the house. We take 10 visitors every half an hour to the Palander House. If you like to visit with bigger group, please contact us beforehand.
