The Jyväskylä Museum of Municipal Engineering is located in the Könkkölä area by the lake Köhniöjärvi. The Museum displays equipment, objects, and structures relating to the street construction, sewerage, and public works of the city of Jyväskylä from different decades. The museum, which is largely based on the collection collected by Taito Mörk (1922-2005), is maintained by the Museum of Central Finland.
