The Käkisalmi Museum has a permanent exhibition showcasing the history of Käkisalmi and Karelia.
Visitors can explore Karelian life through artifacts, images, texts, video presentations, and touch screens, from ancient times up until the year 1944.
The museum’s Reading Room houses an extensive reference library on the life of Mannerheim, along with a collection of historical works and picture books about Karelia.
The museum also features Café Käki, which cherishes Karelian hospitality and bakes traditional Karelian delicacies daily.
The museum shop, Käkipuoti, is also located within the café premises.
