Woodsie -images and stories of relationships with the forests from Finland

The Woodsie -photo exhibition shows how important and dear the forest is to us Finns, regardless of our background, profession or place of residence.

The Woodsie exhibition is produced by the Finnish Forest Museum Lusto.
The exhibition depicts relationship between Finns and the forest.
The diverse Finnish forest relationship is also part of the National Inventory
of Living Heritage. The items in the exhibition depicting the forest relationship
of the past are from the collections of the Kainuu Museum.

Welcome to explore our important forest and at the same time examine your
own relationship with the forest. Woodsie is a selfie in the woods.
