Monikulttuurikalenteri2026: Thai Flower Creations

Come and make beautiful and durable fabric flowers. This enjoyable and inspiring art workshop is also perfect for anyone who suffers from allergies to real flowers or pollen. In the workshop, we will use Gossamer fabric in different colors, paper stems, floral tape and thread. Participants can bring their own scissors; other materials and supplies will be provided by the organizer. You are warmly welcome to come and be inspired and spend a creative moment together!

The art workshop will be held on 3.5. klo 13-16. The workshop is also suitable for beginners; no previous experience is necessary. The workshop is open to participants over the age of 10.

Registration begins in the art museum lobby at 12:30 PM on the workshop day. We will admit participants in groups of six at approximately 40-minute intervals. Limited spaces available.

Rakchanok Pöllänen is a Thai craft enthusiast who has been making flowers from fabric for 19 years.
