The collections of objects, photographs, art and textiles relate to local history, the maritime history and trading traditions of the town. The most important unit of the museum is the Malm House with outbildings. (The museum also comprises the Cottage of Mother Westman (1790), Runeberg´s Cottage (1811), the Exhibition centre TEMPUS and the Tobacco Museum.

Guidance by appointment. Price: 40 €/group during monday-friday 8am - 4pm, after 4 pm and on saturdays 60 €/group an sundays and holidays 80 €/group
