Muisti Centre of War and Peace shares experiences of war in order to promote peace.
The Second World War still affects Europe and us Finns, in our personal experiences, family memories, literature and films. Muisti Centre of War and Peace presents the war-time reality of society and people in a completely new way. What did women do in the war? How would you make decisions on censorship? Is propaganda a new invention? You will have a chance to experience an evacuation trip and Winter War at the frontline in Kannas. How did young Elsa experience war at the age of ten?
Muisti is a science centre offering interactive exhibitions as a new experience in Finland.
