At Leikki - Museum of Play’s June Little Ones’ Morning, we celebrate Pride Month with a colourful programme.
At the Little Ones's Rainbow Morning you can enjoy rainbow-themed art activities, storytime sessions with the fabulous drag artist Regina von Totenschmürz, and warm cuddle moments with Lohtu Bear. The programme is aimed at children 0-3 years with their adults and it is included in the museum admission ticket.
Programme for the Little Ones’ Rainbow Morning
9.30 am and 10.45 am – Rainbow Colour Play
Dive into a world of colours! In the Rainbow Colour Play session, babies, toddlers and their families can explore the playful world of Colour Bath®.
The activity is designed for babies and toddlers aged 4–24 months together with their adults. Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring spare clothes for your child. Each session accommodates around 12 adult-child pairs. Places are reserved at the museum ticket desk on a first come, first served basis.
9.30–9.45 am, 10.30–10.45 am and 11.30–11.45 am – Cuddle Time with Lohtu Bear
Museum Leikki’s own mascot, Lohtu Bear, delights visitors with warm hugs, photo opportunities and adorable bear postcards.
10 am and 11 am – Storytime with Regina von Totenschmürz (in Finnish)
Enchanting drag artist Regina von Totenschmürz visits the Museum of Play to guide children and families into the world of wonderful stories. Expect warm, lively tales celebrating friendship, courage and everyone’s right to be exactly who they are.
Delicious snacks for the Little Ones’ Morning are provided by Green Planet Astronauts.
