The Paimio Electricity Museum exhibition, which consists of photographs, deals with the history of the Askala hydroelectric power plant.
The 2026 theme exhibition, consisting of photographs, will cover the history of the Askala hydroelectric power plant since the 1920s. The Askala hydroelectric power plant was the last of the power plants built by Lounais-Suomen Sähkö Oy along the Paimionjoki River (the other two are Juva in 1916 and Juntola in 1921). Askala was inaugurated on 9 June 1936.
