Duo Voce e Corda:

During the concert, Duo Voce e Corda takes the audience on a journey into the captivating world of the Baroque. The Baroque duo performs aching songs of desire, evokes hope through the tones of the harpsichord, brings to life the most beautiful arias about the most unfortunate human destinies, and enchants the listener with mini-dramas of love and happiness. The program includes music by, among others, Barbara Strozzi (1619–1667), Georg Friedrich Handel (1685–1759), Henry Purcell (1659–1695), and Johann Jacob Froberger (1616–1667).
