Body Sensing – Kirsi Jaakkola, Toni Lehtola, Sanna Pajunen ja Veijo Setälä

In the Body Sensing exhibition, the works are in concrete interaction with the viewer. The body and touch of the viewer influence the works of art and thus the experience of them. The exhibition is based on the tactility of the works, their multisensory nature and the consideration of different age groups. Different senses produce different information and experiences from the works.

The curator of the exhibition is Päivi Setälä, Director of the Pori Children's Cultural Centre Kruunupää and the accessibility producer is Marika Leinonen-Vainio. The exhibition is a co-production between Pori Art Museum and Kruunupää, and the works are part of the collection of the City of Pori.
