Autumn matinees of the Birthplace of Jean Sibelius

Matinee (French: matinée) traditionally refers to a morning or afternoon cultural event, such as a theatre performance or concert. The autumn matinée at the Sibelius Birthplace features the music of Jean Sibelius, as well as music by the composer's pupils, relatives and contemporaries. The concert series is organised by the Sibelius Society of Hämeenlinna and the Hämeenlinna City Museum.
