Summer Holiday Program at Museum Leikki: Animal Thursday

Summer at Leikki – the Museum of Play is full of fun! From June 29 to August 11, the museum is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with activities every day. On Thursdays, the program is dedicated to animal-themed activities. Activities are included in the admission ticket unless otherwise stated.

Animal Thursday program:

11:00–12:30 Animal Friends Craft Workshop
Paint stones and turn them into adorable animal characters.

13:00–13:30 Lohtu Teddy Bear Meet & Greet
Meet the museum’s own mascot teddy bear, receive hugs, and take photos together.

14:00–15:30 Hobby Horse Workshop
Create your own cute cardboard hobby horse. Workshop fee €2/horse.

All-day ongoing activities:

Winnie the Pooh Hunt
Find the Winnie the Pooh characters hidden around the museum exhibition.

LEGO Building Workshop
LEGO fans of all ages can enjoy the joy of building in the LEGO workshop.

Toy Lending Station
Out and about for playtime! During the summer holiday program, you can borrow various outdoor games, toys, and other fun activities from the Toy Lending Station during the museum’s opening hours for use in the courtyard.
