The Suomen Luonnonvalokuvaajat SLV ry organizes the annual Nature Photo of the Year competition. In 2026, the competition was held for the 46th time. The aim is to highlight Finnish nature in all its beauty and diversity.
The competition is open to everyone, and in addition to professionals, amateur photographers have often placed among the winners.

Welcome to explore the photographs from the Nature Photo of the Year competition. The exhibition is open to visitors free of charge outside private events in the seminar hall of the botanical garden.
