The Craft Museum of Finland, Jyväskylä
- 13.9.2025–7.12.2025
Celebrating the history and present of Finnish design through the works of designer and artist Markku Piri in honor of his anniversary year!

The exhibition showcases a diverse array of phenomena and perspectives on the designer's work and influences. It includes works from various phases of Piri's career as well as entirely new pieces.
The Craft Museum of Finland has an extensive collection of over three thousand objects from Markku Piri's production. This collection includes articles, photographs, fabric samples, sketches, artworks, and products both individually and in series, as well as examples of total artworks. The collection reflects, among other things, his artistic skills and professional history from his student days onward, including his networking with other artists, producers, and product manufacturers. Markku Piri has actively contributed to this collection and, for example, has added valuable additional information to the photographs.
