The Museum Card customer service is closed on the banking holidays during Christmas.
Our customer service is closed on the Christmas season’s banking holidays (24 - 26 December, 2021). Our customer service telephone service at +358 44 784 5745 is open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to noon. The best way to contact our customer service is by e-mail at museokortti(at)museot.fi.
