Siberian jay, the lucky bird of finland
Through the ages, the Siberian Jay has been a wanderer’s companion, a flicker of
life in the wilderness.
The very first mew is delightful. A pair of brown and grey birds glide silently, softly to a tree close by. Siberian jays come to greet the wanderer resting in their territory.
Bristed up in the cold, they are observing at close range.
